JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
2. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
3. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
4. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

REQUIREMENT:
1. Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
2. Associate’s Degree in a related field.
3. Multilingual may be preferred or required.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
