DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and reach out to potential car buyers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Showcase and explain the features, pricing, and financing options of vehicles in the company’s inventory.
Provide personalized car recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Close sales deals and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat clients.
Follow up on inquiries and provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, models, and competitors in the market.
Attend trainings and product briefings to maintain deep knowledge of the company’s vehicle offerings, including specifications, warranties, financing, and promotions.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets as set by management.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar high-ticket sales environment.
Proven track record of closing sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
