We seek a dynamic and innovative Assistant General Manager for Growth & Strategy to join our organization. The Assistant General Manager for Growth & Strategy  will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies that drive the organization's long-term growth and profitability goals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new market opportunities, and assess market trends, competitors' strategies, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and articulate the company's overall growth strategy, ensuring department alignment.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments that align with the company's growth objectives.
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential disruptions and adjust growth strategies accordingly.
Analyze and assess the financial viability and risk of new growth initiatives, and provide recommendations.
Drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, including product innovation, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base and develop strategies to expand market share.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives, and provide regular updates to the executive team.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of growth-oriented thinking and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, and/or corporate strategy roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, resulting in increased market share, revenue, and profitability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data to derive actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies and concepts to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a forward-thinking mindset and a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
