Responsibilities

Participate and lead various HR projects/team's execution - HR Business Partnership/HNI Marketing; 
Recruitment and selection of certain strata of employees 
Talent Management; Performance Management ; Compensation Management; HR Operations Employees Relations; and well being; consequence management payroll and HRIS; outsourcing and exit management; Support/relief to head of HR in companies within the Group and other shared services with an additional supervisory role over the companies.
Ensure effective management of a high performance of culture by standarzing set perfromance objectives across the Group using the Balance Score Card model in line with international best practices
Support companies within the Group towards achieving decent work environment and employee experince and well being through active and consistent employee engagement in line with international best practice 
Determining key performance indicators and how to measure the team's performance within the Group.
Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements on all HR related matters within the Group e.g. pension, NSITF, NHF, PAYEE
Planning coordinating and leading meetings, workshops and seminars at the Group level with a view to achieving projected goals 
Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the Group and the subsidiaries.
