Job Description

Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Track and order office equipment and supplies alongside with the office assistant.
Maintain records and files.
Perform all administrative work
Vendor documentation
Office managment.

Minimum Job Requirements

B.Sc, HND or Diploma in Business Administration or other related courses
3-5 years progressive working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.
Customer service, Management and leadership skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexible working hours.
