Our company is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Handling incoming calls and other communications.

*Managing filing system.

*Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

*Aiding with client reception as needed.

*Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

REQUIREMENTS

*NCE, OND, HND or BSC in office management or any related field.

*0-2years of working experience as an office assistant or in a related field.

*Ability to work well under limited supervision.

*Great communication skills.
