AFRICAN JOB MARKET !

Don't you agree that in African Countries, it is much more easier to get a senior management job e.g. CEO or Manager than casual employment like a Cleaner simply because bosses fill junior positions with their cronies before the vacancies are advertised ?

    I usually see those positions being filled up the criteria used am unaware at all,we need to have the system to increase employment other than this... formal or informal selection process leading to Many being unemployed. more

    I strongly agree. I have been unemployed for two years since graduation. Even if I apply for a cleaner job they deny me the chance citing that I am... overqualified. Yet they still can't offer you another job😢 more
