General Summary
The Lead Trainer will provide technical expertise on MNCAH, GESI, GBV, FP and/or related public health technical areas with competency-based skill building training for HCWs, volunteers, caregivers/parents.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and coordinates training schedules and ensures availability of qualified trainers.
Assures quality of training and follow-up.
Provides on the job mentoring and supportive supervision of trainers and supervisors.
Oversees training supervisors in the onsite mentoring follow-up of HCWs.

Qualification

Technical expert in MNCAH, GESI, GBV, FP and/or related public health technical areas.
BBS, BA or BSc Nursing, Basic Nursing or Midwifery, plus a minimum of 5 years of institutional work experience and expertise in MNCAH, GESI, GBV, FP and/or related public health technical areas. OR a minimum of 8 years of institutional experience and expertise in MNCAH, GESI, GBV, FP and/or related public health technical areas.
Advanced experience in competency-based skill building training for HCWs, volunteers, caregivers/parents.
Experience in quality improvement is highly desirable.
Excellent English writing skills.
