JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS/DATA ANALYST
The Business Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic business initiatives to drive organizational growth, improve efficiency, and enhance competitiveness. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.

Developing new business opportunities by researching industry trends, identifying potential markets, and analyzing customer needs
Developing and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with organizational goals
Measuring the success of business strategies through metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention rates
Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth within existing markets or identification of new markets to enter
Identifying environmental factors that could impact the organization’s ability to achieve its goals, and recommending solutions to mitigate risk
Performing analysis of competitors and identifying opportunities.
Contributing to business development and digital innovation.
Generating new company prospects through market research, market sizing, and customer needs analysis.
Creating operational strategies to guarantee the effective utilization of corporate resources while attaining business objectives.
Creating and carrying out a strategic plan that is in line with organizational objectives.
Utilizing measures like revenue growth, customer happiness, and employee retention rates to evaluate the effectiveness of company initiatives.
Identify trends provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend for optimization.
Laise with the Business Development Director to Create marketing strategies that incorporate branding, messaging, pricing, and distribution channels to achieve business goals.
Perform qualitative and quantitative research as required for organizational projects.
Identifies and defines the objective of any assigned marketing, operations, financial and other categories of research project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives.
Research and compile data related to current product market, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing product demand; analyzes results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration of current products.
Compiles data related to competitors products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology.
Drafts questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Identifies potential new products or markets through research.
Forecasts and tracks industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
Identify trends, provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Interpret data, analyzes data using statistical techniques; makes recommendations related to research findings.
Reports findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings.
Delivers reports and presentations of findings to management and/or executive leadership.
Develop recommendations to improve business operations going forward

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Strategist/Analyst  or in a similar strategic planning role.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Leadership experience and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Must have experience in Business/Data analysis
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
