Assist the marketing and commercial team in securing key relevant appointments with respectable business leaders and persons
Ensure that Next media brands have brand strength and strong presence and representation at functions and events
Work with the Head of Protocol to ensure that Next media brands get maximum visibility and foot print in top level government agencies, embassies and other key offices
Aid the executive office from time to time as per the requirements of the CEO
Be a team player in the marketing department and assist other team members and the head of the department in insuring that the department runs smoothly and effectively
Ensure that the Next media park premises have continuous security coverage due to the constant presence and visitation of VIPs at the premises.
