Duties

One event focused on private sector engagement on air quality, organized jointly with an Output 1 partner.
One knowledge product focused on creating a stronger enabling environment for private sector engagement on air quality, developed jointly with an Output 1 partner.
One draft discussion document on the global network developed for UNEP management.
Coordination and submission of at least, one air quality funding proposal.
Development and facilitation of two internal consultations on the global cooperation network.
Development and facilitation of two external consultations on the global cooperation network.
Drafting of TORs for the global cooperation network.
Development of internal resources to support the development of future UNEP air quality funding proposals.
Finalise the conceptualization of the air quality cooperation network
Support the organization and facilitation of the first network meeting.

Qualifications/special skills

An advanced university degree in environment management, international development, social studies or related field, or equivalent work experience.
A first level degree with an additional two years of qualified experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in preparation, designing and implementation of international development projects, ideally in the field of environment is required
