I had a good interview last week and the recruiter promised to contact me within several days to determine the next steps, but she didn't. Should I email the recruiter myself?

    In my experience dealing with after interview anxiety normally if the recruiter doesn't reply withing said days during the interview, then they have... selected another candidate. You just hope a rejection email comes through but in most cases they never respond  more

    Kindly send a reminder mail to her, with the position interviewed for, as the subject of the mail.
    You will get to know their decisions concerning... your candidature. Some recruiters promised to get back, but never did, due to reasons best known to them. With such reminder, you have 95% of getting a feed back. more
