Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our online platforms, and ultimately generate leads and sales. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services across various digital channels such as social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
2. Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
3. Manage and optimize our social media accounts to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
4. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic (SEO).
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
6. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights gathered.
7. Collaborate with internal teams such as design, sales, and product development to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to enhance our digital presence.
9. Work closely with external agencies or freelancers when necessary to execute specialized digital marketing tasks such as graphic design, video production, or content creation.
10. Manage budgets and ensure that digital marketing efforts are cost-effective and aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:


. Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, SEM, and display advertising.
. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
. Knowledge of basic graphic design principles is a plus.
