Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare industry.
Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates with healthcare experience.
Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, healthcare expertise, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry organizations to attract top talent.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruiting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on healthcare staffing.
Demonstrated understanding of healthcare terminology, regulations, and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
