About this programme


The MTNN Y'ello Mums initiative offers a 1-year internship programme that supports career-oriented mothers as they transition back into the workforce.
The initiative aims to support women who have stepped away from their careers to care for family, whether to nurture a newborn or care for a child facing health challenges.
By fostering long-term success and professional growth, the programme helps these women seamlessly reintegrate into their careers.


Who we’re looking for


To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of 2-5 years of prior professional experience before their career break.
They must also possess a relevant professional certification or demonstrate evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
