Key Responsibilities:


Design and develop visually compelling and user-friendly websites, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and gather feedback.
Collaborate with developers to implement and maintain website designs.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and tools.
Ensure brand consistency across all web platforms and applications.
Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
