Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new catering business and achieve sales targets.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct client needs assessments and provide customized catering solutions based on their requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer service.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify business growth opportunities.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results on a regular basis.
Provide feedback and input on marketing strategies to promote catering services and attract new clients.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our catering menus, pricing, and policies to address client inquiries accurately.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in catering sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to accommodate client events.
