Greenspace farm is looking to employ 2 Intelligent and Energetic Poultry supervisors to join our team. The successful Candidate will be manging a 15,000 Layers Pen respectively.
Key Responsibilities:

To Manage Pen Houses
To Supervise, train and coordinate activities of poultry attendants.
Manage rearing and Caging of Point of Lays
Coordinating eggs collection, storage, and transshipment
Ensure proper feeding of Birds in assigned Pens
Observing the birds and report any cases of diseases or infections to resident Vet.
Daily stock keeping of feeds, birds and egg production
Prepares worker attendance, egg production, feed consumption.
Directs maintenance and repair of Pen facilities and equipment.

Requirements & Qualification

A minimum of OND / HND in Agriculture, Animal Science or equivalent.
2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
Very recent experience in a Poultry farming
The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
