Job Purpose:
The Pharma Sales Lead will be broadly responsible for the growth of company revenue and help develop and manage the strategy to grow the business as well as the plans and tactics required to deliver results. The candidate will meet our customer acquisition and drive pharma sales revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. [S]he will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Your Job Description Will Be:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s pharma customer base and ensures its strong presence of Kasha Pharma.
Take a key lead in sourcing and onboarding new products/distributorships.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives/agents.
Building and promoting good relationships and networks with partners.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Work closely with Kasha Senior Sales Operations Manager to plan and execute all the strategies to grow the company revenue.

You Will Be Qualified For This Position If You:

Possess BS/MS degree in business administration/pharma science or any other related medical/pharma experience.
Have drug sales experience of at least (5) five years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Are a pharma sales lead who meets the regulations of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
Have a country-wide network of key regional pharma centers/players.
Have a successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Are committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Have proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
