The Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives on a day-to-day basis and achieving overall sales targets. The Sales Team Leader will also be responsible for identifying new sales leads, creating sales strategies, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, team management, and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
Previous experience in a similar role with at least 3 years’ experience in sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Previous experience in the micro-finance industry is an added advantage
