We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Luxelinks Limited, a leading hospitality and travel company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry, a deep understanding of hospitality services, and proven expertise in driving business growth. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with partners and clients, and implementing strategies that drive revenue and expand the company’s market presence.

The Business development Manager will:


Conduct thorough research to Identify potential new markets and target clients (corporate clients, travel agents, travel planners, and individuals). 
Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. 
Analyze competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to develop strategic plans. 
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, hotels, airlines, car rental services, and other travel-related businesses.
 Create Proposals for partnership.
 Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to promote our Business 
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. 
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and cross-selling opportunities. 
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction. 
Utilize social media, online platforms, and traditional marketing channels to promote our Business. 
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. 
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
