The Commercial Manager – Mobile Telephony Industry, will lead the business in income generation activities. This will be achieved through providing leadership to a team of +50 area leaders who in turn will oversee a total of +250 field-based team of freelances to acquire and activate new customers for our client. The person will set targets, drive income generation and work across the organization to manage the delivery of activations targets. The role holder will have overall responsibility of leading, motivating and coordinating the team on a day-to-day basis and while ensuring robust planning for longer term sales and commercial activities;

Participate in the design and development of the overall Sales and Commercial Strategy.
Ensuring alignment of the goals and objectives of the business
Oversee and lead in the implementation to attain the set goals
Ensuring great relationships with the client as well as other strategic trade partners.
Develop and oversee the implementation of expansion plans as well as strategies to accelerate business growth.
