Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role involves a combination of prospecting, account management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to effectively address customer needs.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure deals.
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Networking:

Qualifications:
