Duties:

Act as a liaison officer between the company and various Government parastatals (Customs, SON, NAFDAC, Immigration, etc.).
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures per Nigerian labor laws and company guidelines.
Visa processing , and Ticketing for all expats.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations changes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.
Perform other HR duties as may be assigned.

Qualification:

Hnd/Bsc

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years.
