Responsibilities:

Develop and create high quality advertising campaigns
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness
Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and social media strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximum impact
Create property listings, virtual tours, and other marketing materials
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and ADs  management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in social media and ADs management
Must be proficient in online ADs targeting and management
Proven track record of success in creating engaging content and growing social media presence
Excellent writing, editing, and design skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
Knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends
Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation
Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
