Role Overview

As our Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our business—overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring our teams and systems run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and impact across the board.

Key Responsibilities


Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure seamless workflow
Develop and implement systems, processes, and policies that improve efficiency
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on project timelines and business goals
Monitor budgets, logistics, and administrative functions
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
Support strategic planning and business development initiatives
Lead and coach team members to improve performance and productivity


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
3+ years of proven experience in operations, administration, or business management (preferably in real estate or a similar industry)
Must be based in Abuja
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and operations/project management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
