Job Purpose:
The Marketing & Administration Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products and increasing customer awareness of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship management
- Boost foot traffic to the company showroom
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospective corporate clients
- Create and implement a consumer contact strategy
- Handle and respond to administrative inquiries from internal and external customers
- Provide administrative support to the team, as needed
- Manage the organization's social media and digital media strategies
- Promote and enhance cross-departmental internal communication
Requirements
- Expertise with a variety of social media and digital marketing platforms
- Proven track record in selling to corporate clients
- Solid oral and verbal communication abilities
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
- High level of integrity
- Must be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively
- Must be able to consistently meet deadlines in a timely and responsive manner
- Must have the ability to consistently meet deliverable deadlines in a timely and responsive manner
- Must be able to work well with a team, be patient and collaborative
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing assistant
