Job Purpose:
We are sourcing for a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the C.E.O and Executive team. You will serve as a lead for business planning, including strategic, one-off, and other high-priority projects. You will be responsible for ensuring an immediate impact on productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, project managing cross-departmental projects where needed, serving as the company’s project management office (PMO), and communicating objectives between departments to ensure cross-company alignment.
Your Job Description Will Be:

Own and lead cross-company workstreams & activities, such as monthly cross-company meetings, quarterly company rhythm, and other cross-company communication and coordination workstreams.
Support the C.E.O. in organizing quarterly offsites for the senior leadership team.
Support operations and engineering in their efforts to standardize Kasha’s Key Business Processes across functions through documentation, SOP development & training, KPI measurement, and ensuring adequate employee training.
Address cross-departmental bottlenecks/blockers by working with heads of departments and their staff to improve processes and coordinate adjustments to organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
Be involved in day-to-day operations and success metrics across the company. Ensure accurate reporting on all metrics, and support each department in helping them get the data visibility and analysis they need. Ensure our reporting across all metrics is widely visible and accurate. If inaccurate, review business process and technology support, and raise issues found.
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Assist the human resources department with business-specific documentation for onboarding.
Collaborate with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating monthly corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
Regularly meet and collaborate with individuals and managers to identify gaps and provide recommendations to the C.E.O. on adjustments to priorities or business activities.
Supporting the C.E.O. and others in the executive team in any administrative help needed such as coordinating travel, and scheduling meetings with the team, customers, and agent.
Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork.
Planning, coordinating, and keeping the contents of a meeting focused.
Keep the leadership team on track with key strategies/projects/initiatives, driving urgency and defining/measuring against key performance indicators.
Support the C.E.O. in quarterly board reporting material, gathering information from individuals across the team and ensuring high quality and thorough responses and accurate data before presenting back to the C.E.O.

You Will Be Qualified For This Position If You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Communications, Business Operations, or a similar field.
3-6 years in a business management or executive management role.
Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Kinyarwanda and Swahili is preferred.
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
Experience with data analysis and proven success in a project coordination role.
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
Consulting experience preferred, with a focus on operations management.
