Location – IBADAN, IKEJA and ALABA INTERNATIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES

Product knowledge: Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics and Mobile Phones)
Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of your Branch
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Regularly reach out to potential customers

 REQUIREMENTS

HND/B.Sc in a related field.
Minimum 3 years plus of sales/marketing experience.
Experience with mobile phones and electronics technology.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Products knowledge.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Good organizational and time management skills.
