Duties:

Prepare Purchase Orders and Goods received Notes.
Receive incoming shipments, verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices, and inspect spare parts and consumables for damage or defects.
⁠Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
Properly store incoming items in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and easy access for retrieval. 
Assist in fulfilling internal requisitions for materials and supplies promptly. 
Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing goods, including receipts, invoices, and delivery notes. 
Participate in quality control activities by inspecting incoming goods for compliance with specifications and standards.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines while performing warehouse duties. 
Participate in periodic inventory audits and stock takes to verify the accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠
Receive samples from suppliers via courier (DHL, FEDEX)
Perform any other duties as May be assigned by the Production Manager. Etc…

Qualification:

Hnd/Bsc

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years.
