DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit:
Identify and onboard content user acquisition team. The team will be assigned customer segments, clusters, locations and territories, and will be responsible for one on one engagements with potential consumers. The primary role for the team will be consumer acquisition.
Capacity Building:
Build Capacity of the Customer Acquisition teams through relevant sales training & coaching.
Customer Acquisition & Sales Execution:
Customer Acquisition teams will deliver on their mandate of growing new customers through innovative experiential executions in targeted clusters. You will take lead in identifying key consumer segments, and map Acquisition Teams to engage and recruit consumers. The role will also develop execution for the Movie Merchandise Category.
Planning & Reporting:
Effective sales planning through development of Sales routines. The routines will be supported through robust and effective reporting, with objective of driving productivity.
Other Duties
Any other reasonable and relevant area of work, depending on the emerging needs of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of Business, Digital, Content sales or business development experience with new customer acquisition responsibility
Experience in leading teams
Demonstrable record of people development and performance management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5+ years of sales management experience leading a team, leading leaders
