We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Customer team at Mshel Homes Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:


Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote and sell real estate properties.
Understand customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant property details.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and company referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement strategies.
Stay updated on the company’s real estate offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.


Key Requirements:


Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role (preferably in the real estate sector).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong sales ability and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
