Key Responsibilities:


Network Management:


Monitor and maintain network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
Troubleshoot network issues and ensure network connectivity.
Implement network security measures.
Manage network documentation.


Server Management:

Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.
Monitor server performance and availability.
Manage server operating systems, patching, and updates.
Implement server security measures.


End-User Computing Support:

Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Manage end-user accounts and access.


System Administration:

Manage and maintain various IT systems and applications.
Perform system backups and restores.
Monitor system logs and identify potential issues.


Security Administration:

Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Manage security devices and systems (e.g., firewalls, antivirus software).
Monitor security alerts and respond to security incidents.


Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT infrastructure.
Generate reports on system performance, availability, and security.


Vendor Management (if applicable):

Liaise with IT infrastructure vendors for support and maintenance.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.


Project Participation:

Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, and testing.
