Functions of the Role

The field officer will be responsible for coordinating on-ground activities all in accordance with LifeBank’s project from the initial ideation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate evaluative resources to guide fieldwork.
Inspect delivery sites to ascertain the appropriateness of contemporary conditions.
Extract and report on data-driven conclusions for each salient undertaking.
Compilation of timely, accurate bi-monthly reports.
Confer with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake, pitfalls, and areas necessitating expansion.
Facilitate data analysis by ensuring data is in a readable format.
Manage the relationship and communication with the clients and all stakeholders and ensure the project is delivered to satisfaction.
Perform other related tasks assigned.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Higher National Diploma. (HND) minimum requirement.
A Bachelor’s Degree in the above fields may be considered an advantage.

Experience

Proven experience (3 years+) as a Field Officer.
Proficient in relevant data storage and analysis software.
Ability to procure, house, and inspect high-quality data independently.
Subject matter expertise in the healthcare industry is a strong plus
Proven experience leading project teams of various sizes and seeing them through to completion.
