A Closer Look is currently Developing a high profile Project. The Remote Assistant will handle a broad variety of activities including in an ongoing project with A Closer Look . to help in organizing, scheduling, errand running mystery shopping surveys locally. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly deliver accurate results and have a strong sense of understanding and accountability remotely.

The ideal candidate is experienced and motivated, poised and highly professional, capable of managing multiple pressing priorities with ease.

Responsibilities:

* Calendaring and communicating work, home, and personal events
* Acting a liaison between our private investors & brokers for financial-related activity.
* Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, payment bills, which include ordering supplies, cash movements.
* Have an understanding of financial matters including credit cards, loans.
* Create and file work expense reports
* Day to day errands / other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

* Minimum of 1 year of professional service or caregiver experience
* Must know how to navigate, and how to get things done in the City!
* Flexible and able to stay connected with & on the chat and email
* Get things done quickly, and naturally operate with a sense of urgency
* Understand that no task is too big or too small!
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
