The Capital Markets Authority is a statutory agency charged with the responsibility of regulating and developing an efficient capital market in Kenya. The Authority invites applications for the following position:
Contract Period: Six Months Fixed Term Contract
Reporting to the Accountant, the selected candidate will be responsible for;

Receiving supplier invoices and recording them in the invoice register;
Conducting daily supplier reconciliations;
Preparing supporting documents to process payments;
Following up on user department approvals;
Filing of payment vouchers;
Preparing daily and weekly reports;
Updating statutory payments matrix regularly; and
Collecting and populating quantitative data for purposes of Integrated reporting project

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor of Commerce- Finance, Economics, Accounting or any business-related degree;
Professional course such as CPA Part I is added advantage;
Basic IT and knowledge of automated Accounting systems will be an added advantage.
