Customers are the reason why you have your company. Treat everyone equal. Answer their questions genuinely, explore other aspect that further... questions will arise and and explain the answer to them as an add up. In my view I think realise I am actually having a great prospect or vlientele base that us communicating a need. That calls for aligning my errors... right and use ,"bad news is good news" for "annoying" definitively more
