The ideal candidate must

Be between 30 - 35 years of age: preferably male.
Occasionally be able to work on weekends.
Possess a 1st class or 2:1 relevant fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Law, Human resources.
Post graduate degree in related field is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant for senior policy level staff in private/public sector organizations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, positive, energetic, can-do, result oriented attitude.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using productivity software (e.g., MS Office suite).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and display of emotional maturity.
Must have Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) certification and HRM (Human Resource Management) membership will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedule appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Organize meetings and events, including research, coordinating logistics and preparing of materials.
Prepare reports, presentations and documents as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Act as a liaison between the executive and other team members.
Assist with personal tasks as needed.
