Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency in the ICX cold chain process.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers and other Maersk offices worldwide to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
Attend client meetings and participate in Supply Chain Management project teams as required.
Work on other ad hoc tasks and projects as requested.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer service mindset and approach.
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
