Job Summary:

Our client, a leading company in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Brand and Product Officer to manage brand identity, product design, and marketing visuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality designs, enhancing brand presence, and implementing creative strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in branding, product design, and graphic design tools. Relevant certifications in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing are an added advantage. Candidates must be willing to provide police clearance for criminal record verification.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand and Product Design          


Develop visually compelling brand assets, including logos, marketing materials, and packaging designs.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and business teams to create engaging branding and advertising content.
Create visual guidelines and brand standards for internal and external communication.


Graphic Design & Content Creation


Design marketing collateral, product packaging, digital content, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with teams to produce engaging presentations, infographics, and corporate reports.
Develop high-quality UI/UX designs for digital platforms where necessary.


Marketing & Customer Engagement Strategy


Implement creative strategies to attract target customers and drive sales.
Design compelling campaign visuals, advertisements, and brand activations to enhance product visibility.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional content tailored to various audiences.


Digital & Print Media Management


Manage design projects for websites, social media, print media, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure all brand visuals align with market trends and customer preferences.
Keep up to date with emerging design trends, industry standards, and innovative branding techniques.


Key Requirements:


2 – 5 years’ experience in graphic design, branding, and product marketing.
Proven experience with branding, product design, and marketing materials.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and Canva.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design composition.
Experience in UI/UX design and digital branding is an added advantage.
Certifications in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing are an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must be willing to provide police clearance for criminal record verification.
