Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategies to recruit students for international study programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
Provide information about our partner universities and the courses they offer
Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, admission and visa processes.
Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments.
Assist students in preparing applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and document submissions.
Guide students through visa application procedures and financial requirements.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities.
Maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions.
Stay updated on international education trends, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
Be involved in planning, organizing and participating in educational fairs
Be innovative in thinking up new ideas of supporting new and existing students
Follow up with students and provide ongoing support until they are successfully enrolled.
Contribute in Creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in a related field
4 years proven experience in application, visa processing and in study abroad services
Strong relationship and management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. 
Ability to guide and motivate students towards their academic goals.
Individuals with strong networks who can refer friends, family, or colleagues.
Knowledge of international university admission processes and visa regulations.
Strong social media influence to promote educational opportunities. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
