Duties:

Designing and executing comprehensive engagement and outreach strategies to enhance youth participation in urban initiatives and global forums.
Producing diverse communication materials, including dissemination materials, digital storytelling platforms, podcasts, and collaboration with influencers to showcase the initiatives' impacts and activities.
Establishing and maintaining a central knowledge sharing repository for communities of practice, focusing on collecting, curating, and disseminating resources, insights, and best practices.
Fostering collaborative relationships with participants, partners, and stakeholders to amplify the reach and impact of urban initiatives
Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, evaluate the engagement levels, and report on the outcomes of various initiatives.

Qualifications/special skills

Education Advanced University Degree preferably in communications; marketing, journalism and international affairs is required.
Experience At least four (2) years’ of progressively responsible work experience in media and strategic communications is required.
