Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all stock-related operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
Supervise stock team to ensure timely and accurate stock receiving, organization, and stocking.
Monitor product stock levels and communicate with the store manager for reorders or stock adjustments.
Ensure stock rotation is done regularly to maintain freshness and minimize product obsolescence.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure products are readily available on the sales floor.
Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient storage space.
Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal and promotional stock setups.
Train and supervise stock team members, ensuring adherence to stock management procedures.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to stock counts or product availability.
Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager
