Requirements:

Must be Computer literate, good use of MS office packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet)
Experience working with partners, participatory action planning and community engagement.
Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation.
Must be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline;
Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data
Staff supervision experience a plus
Keep sensitive information confidential.
Must be trusted and reliable.
Must Exhibit professional attitude at all times.
At least 3 years’ experience in implementation of eye work and disability inclusion work in eye health Programs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Understand the culture and local language for ease of communication with beneficiaries.

Qualification:

Degree and or Diploma in any related field.
Certificates in related training courses including disability inclusive development management, Trained in Disability management.
