Responsibilities
Report to the Sales Manager
Create new corporate accounts.
Reach out to corporate organizations through cold calling to corporate, institutional organisations
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective Corporate Organizations.
Developing sales funnels and marketing plans, executing them, engaging clients by providing information, attending to complaints, and negotiating some deals
Market research to create pitches and materials that best reach the target audience.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential corporate clients to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Continuously improve through feedback

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Proven work experience (5 years) in the Corporate Sales, in a financial institution, FMCG or related industry
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
Tremendous customer advocate with exceptional networking and relationship building
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be proactive, self-motivated, driven, organized, creative, and possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
Impeccable presentation skills
