We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant (Driver Onboarding) to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and compliance of drivers for our ride-hailing company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process, maintaining driver records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring all necessary documents and requirements are met. • Verify and process driver applications, licenses, and vehicle documentation in line with company and regulatory standards. • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new drivers with company policies, app usage, customer service expectations, and safety protocols. • Maintain accurate driver records and update databases with relevant information. • Coordinate training programs and refresher courses for drivers as needed. • Act as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries, concerns, and support during the onboarding process. • Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and legal requirements. • Work closely with operations, customer support, and HR teams to ensure a seamless driver onboarding experience. • Identify and implement improvements in the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and driver satisfaction. • Track and report key onboarding metrics, including application success rates and driver retention.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative management, driver recruitment, or a similar role in the transport or ride-hailing industry. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with drivers effectively. • Proficiency in Google sheet, Microsoft Office Suite and database management. • Familiarity with local transport regulations and licensing requirements. • Experience working with ride-hailing platforms and driver management systems is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet onboarding targets.
