The Segment Manager  for Endoscopy, Minimal invasive surgery and Assisted reproduction technology is responsible for executing an integral component of the Endoscopy sales: This position offers significant strategic and developmental opportunities including working closely with Sales and Sales Management, developing cross-functional collaboration skills, developing, and demonstrating organizational leadership, supporting a corporate-wide talent acquisition and retention strategy as well as managing and developing a talented team of future professional leaders.
Contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing RSM, NSM, BUM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope (e.g., market size and potential, market / product trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders.

Manage the Sales Management Process, which includes the management of sales pipeline and scorecard analysis.
Gathering and analysing market data and translating it into an easy understandable format for specific market segments
Actively develop and execute concepts, planning, implementation and evaluation of campaigns, programs, promotions, and product launches to the existing customer base, while utilizing company resources to achieve annual sales, market share and profitability objectives
Grow sales and win new business, taking market share from competitors, and maintain existing business
Optimize sales force productivity within the target markets through both direct and indirect contact, including distribution of market and technical information
Provides oversight to ensure global market strategies are executed within regional performance units
Thorough knowledge of Endoscopy, including but not limited to Minimal invasive surgery and  assisted reproduction technology, current industry trends, best practices, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and market conditions and opportunities
Lead and coordinate strategic planning sessions, with Segment Management team and key product partners
Prioritize and lead/participate in constant stream of projects required of the business, both at a Segment and National level
Partner with appropriate groups to enhance talent management and diversity including the management of directs
Direct responsibility for driving interaction, growing revenue and building brand loyalty with existing customers
