Holds a B.Sc. of Accounting,
Knowledge of SAGE System is an added advantage

Accountant responsibilities shall include:

Filing and maintaining goods records in account department for easy retrieval.
Raising invoice and waybills to our internal department and external customers.
Receipting promptly all receipts.
Petty cash management, disbursement and reporting.
Raising payments vouchers.
Stock management, Stock taking, track processing activities, analyze stock movement and reporting.
Posting of petty cash and cheque payments into SAGE accounting system.
Bank reconciliation.
Bookkeeping to ensure sales, purchases, expenses and any other records are up to date in Sage system.
Analyze , auditing and reporting marketing activities of each sale representative from sales, receipt, returns inwards and stock count in different branches as well in the Head office.
Preparing the monthly management accounts.
Cost analyzing to ensure company is operating within recommended margins.
Procurement and review of quotation as delegated from time to time.
Tax management and filing.
Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly budgeting.
Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow.
Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
Conducting internal audits such as system compliance and project spending.
