Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.

Feed , bathe and dress patient 
Storing and setting up medical equipment in preparation for a procedure
Monitoring, reporting, and recording changes in patient conditions.
