The applicant must be in between 23 to 40 years of age.
Applicant must be intelligent, ambitious, flexible, team player.
Applicants must be very hardworking.
Applicants from Abia state MUST reside in Aba and its environs.
Applicants from Ogun MUST reside in Sango and its environs
Applicants from other states MUST reside in the capital city and its environs
